Ryan M. Pierce, AIA

Managing Principal

With over 28 years in private professional practice, Mr. Pierce is a regional leader in strategic master planning, design, and project management for public and private clients.  He is a Registered Architect in Pennsylvania, has held registrations in five other states, and has broad experience in all facets of project planning and delivery for Healthcare, K-12 Schools, Municipal, Athletic, and Commercial projects.  He lead the founding of Core Architects to deliver high quality design, integrated project management, unmatched value, and uncompromising personalized service, without the cost, inefficiency, and bureaucracy of a large firm.

 

Mr. Pierce has two degrees in Architecture from Penn State University, and was also educated at the University of Wisconsin and Harvard University.  He is trained in PMI (Project Management Institute) best practices as a Project Manager, and has extensive expertise in the delivery of large scale, multi-prime, public bid and developer-driven projects. 

 

Before founding Core Architects, Ryan was a Principal, Vice President, and Market Segment  Leader for two of the region's largest architectural/engineering   firms.   Over  his  decades  of   experience

delivering satisfying project outcomes for clients of varying size, type, and need, he developed, refined, and now leads the firm's Strategic Master Planning Process (SMPP).  An expert facilitator, Ryan assists clients in identifying their Strategic Goals. These Goals become the measuring stick for project decision-making and success.   Ryan works closely with clients to foster a collaborative environment, helping them develop a strategy to achieve their vision, meet their needs, and achieve success for their organization.
