The new 30,000 Square Foot Medical Office Building is to be located in urban area of Midland, PA. Unusual topography conditions led to extensive site experimentation and development, all while formally being contextually sensitive to the rest of the buildings that call Midland Avenue home.

The residential and commercial properties that surround the MOB dictated the scale and street response. The Northern Facade caters to the pedestrian traffic from the main street while the Southern approach exits to a lower parking lot, both with direct circulation access.
