The Cornell Street Housing project was intended to be an urban redevelopment project to sit opposite of the Twin Rivers Elementary and Middle School. The plan was to accommodate 14 new single-family homes to Cornell Street consisting of two different housing modules. The first being a 3-bedroom, 2 car garage that totaled 2,300 Square Feet; and the second being a 2-bedroom, 2 car garage totaling 2,000 Square Feet.
