The new 10,000 Square Foot Medical Office Building is to be located in rural Transfer, PA. Surrounded by argircultural and residential properties, the building is modest in scale and the architecture is warm, welcoming, and residential in nature.

 

The building layout is purposely compact and extremely efficient. The design utilizes basic residential construction methods to deliveer a very cost effective and quality solution. The MOB provides much needed healthcare services to a previously underserved community.
