Kelly Elementary School currently suffers from an unwelcoming exterior, underlit learning areas, and old/worn materials. The key issues the proposed additions and renovations for Kelly solve  security issues, classroom optimization, and provide a safe/secure learning environment for the children. Programmatically the space will recieve addition administration and reworked classroom configuration.
